What we usually advise in this case, is that you book just a single 30mins lesson to see if you enjoy the tutor and if you like the teaching you can go ahead and book a block of lessons.

We will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. We will then seek to work with you to either reschedule the lesson or find a replacement tutor.

What happens if my child is ill or wishes to cancel a lesson?

We ask for a 48 hours notice period for rescheduling and cancellation. We then work with you to reschedule the lesson.
If the notice is less than the 48 hours notice period, then the lesson is considered to have taken place from your pre-paid block.
